It’s not just happy referrers, its happy end clients. In the last month Paul has been busy conducting kerbside appraisals, talking to referrers and co-ordinating the completion of sales both in Victoria and interstate. A mix of auction, private sale and tender of commercial, residential and rural properties.
An outstanding result was had last Saturday on a residential estate property that achieved a premium of 18% over reserve. Fierce competition from those who wanted to purchase kept the Auctioneer (Paul) busy. The Executors placed their trust in our services, a great responsibility as they live overseas.
Another great result earlier in the month put a smile on the Trustee’s faces when Paul conducted the Auction on another residential property.
Interstate Paul has been instrumental in the co-ordination of sales of 3 commercial properties for a Trustee.
