Buyer Advocacy services help your client find the ideal property and/or negotiate the best possible deal on its purchase.

We offer three levels of service, tailored to the assistance your client requires.

After a full briefing, we search and find the desired property, assess its value and negotiate it’s purchase whether by private sale, tender or bidding at auction.
Service Fee: 2.2% of purchase price (incl. GST)


Your client finds a property, but needs advice on its value and help with the purchase. We assess its value and negotiate the purchase.
Service Fee: 1.1% of purchase price (incl. GST)


Your client finds the property and is happy with the overall value, we enter the process to negotiate the purchase.
Service Fee: .55% of purchase price (incl. GST)
