- Advice on best method for payment of commission.
- Advice as to the level and mix of marketing and advertising required.
- Monitoring of the sales process from start to end.
- Attendance at the pre-auction conference with the agent and auctioneer.
- Attendance at the auction and involvement at closing stages of negotiating a private sale.
For all this, you might expect that we would charge your client a fee. But when APPS is acting as the vendor advocate, there is no service fee to your client.
We are compensated via an industry standard commission-sharing arrangement with the selling agent which incurs no additional cost to the total selling commission.
