We are currently running at a 100% Auction clearance rate and last weekend was no exception. 3 Auctions for Estate Clients all selling above their reserve, one at 17% and another at 22% above. Paul Doherty conducted 2 of 3 Auctions himself, ensuring all clients were very happy with both selected marketing Agents and the results achieved.
There is a dearth of property on the market at present but due to current low interest rates, increased population pressure and the approach of Easter, buyers are out in force and are prepared to put up their hands at Auctions.
