Thanks to a recommendation from one of our Referrers, Slater & Gordon in 2011, APPS was approved by the Dept of Transport to act on behalf of property and business owners affected by the Rural Rail Link Project in Footscray. Over 45.. clients, both residential and commercial, were assisted in their relocation.
There is now much talk of the proposed rail link between the city and the Port of Hastings, the “Eastern Regional Rail Link”. By all reports this would effect a large number of property owners.
