Dandenong – Although a modest two bedroom villa unit, we do our best for every property we sell. A strong crowd and 3 engaged bidders saw Paul achieve 12% above the reserve for extremely happy executors.
Lower Templestowe – Local agent engaged by Australian Professionals Property Service did a great job of the marketing campaign resulting in 4 bidders vying for the property and a result 10% above vendor expectations.
