Great Results don’t stop at the Border.
Recently we have acted for an Executor of an Estate with one property here in Victoria and one the Australian Capital Territory. Both properties were auctioned, Paul Doherty conducting the Auction here in Victoria.
A wonderful result was achieved in Victoria – $105,000 over reserve! A great result was also achieved in the ACT, though it didn’t sell at auction, the negotiations carried out subsequently proved successful for all concerned.
