There has been so much going on in the last month an a half we haven’t stopped for breath. Auctions and EOI’s for clients as diverse as Mortgagees, Trustees, Beneficiaries/Executors and Elderlaw have kept us busy, one particular property achieved $350,000 over reserve for the Mortgagee and another achieving $275,000 over reserve for the Executor.
