Last Saturday a crowd of up to 200 attended an Executor’s Auction in Seaford. Bidding opened with a very low bid that was understandably refused by Auctioneer Paul Doherty. The next bid ($200,000 above initial bid) put the property straight on the market and leading to an eventual sale of$800,000, $150,000 over the reserve.
